they need to find some better people to put the needles in because they’ll sit there and poke you too deep and move it all around and cause bruises to come up and the tell you you aren’t allowed to donate because of the bruising they caused. and then make you think you can donate after the initial screening process make you wait in line for 2 hours just to be told something they’re supposed to tell you at the beginning.

When I've been able to donate here, the nurses and doctors have been super generous and accommodating but the staff keeps locking the doors before they're actually supposed to close. I came with my partner in at 6:45 yesterday (22nd) and the doors were locked. One of the ladies working saw us standing there and walked away. So I came in today at 2:30 the 22nd and the 23rd and the door was locked. I was standing there and this gentlemen came over and told me he was bringing someone who worked there food and she was going to come around and unlock the door for us. She let him in and told me to my face that "We're closed" at 2:30 when they had no adjusted hour signs anywhere and only had the "Closed for the 24th, 25th and 31st" signs up. I think this is extremely unprofessional, especially when I'm used to Biolife on Airport that takes people in right up to 7. People have lives, jogs, doctors appointments, children, etc and with it being the holidays, they could really use the money and some people can't come in till a few minutes before closing. 15 minutes was annoying enough but 30? It feels like the staff was lazy despite getting two days off in a row tomorrow.

My first experience/visit with plasma was anything but pleasant so I definitely wasn’t expecting much. I walked in nervous and expecting to be stuck multiple times or unable to donate at all. Until I was sent to Carrie-Lynn’s bay. She not only stuck me with ease but it was completely painless. Towards the end of the visit I felt extremely lightheaded and she was there within second to make sure I was okay. It completely made up for my first experience at this location. You guys need to hire more staff like her. She definitely makes a difference.

Sometimes like this morning the girls are talking and being loud while trying to make important calls for business. Then wait while they chat. Finally get to the cubicle and can barely here the lady's instructions because they are talking so loud. I could understand the donors being loud but it was the workers.I do like the center just need to work on smiles and paying attention. We are there to get in and get out. If you don't like your job find another one.

Hi My name is Dakota Davidson I've donated here for a year twice a week every week and ALWAYS have great friendly experience with everyone and always in and out within a hour! Idk what these other negative reviews are probably just angry rejected donors that wouldn't stop being loud or disrespectful or wouldn't get off the phone! The only negative thing is thier new call by name system they need to go back to whoever is next because I'll be scanned in line waiting and someone will come in scan in and then some how skip a few ppl that's been thier already but that's not the workers fault that's corporate thing. But nevertheless I couldn't ask for a better team of ppl.
